Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains how GetRavista subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, plan changes, and billing issues are handled through Stripe and the product billing area.

How billing works

GetRavista offers organization-based subscriptions. Pricing, feature access, and limits depend on the plan selected for the workspace.

Recurring billing is processed through Stripe. Stripe may manage checkout, invoices, saved payment methods, renewals, plan changes, and the customer billing portal.

Free trials

New workspaces may be eligible for a 90-day free trial. Trial access is intended to help agencies evaluate the product before paying.

If a paid subscription starts after a trial, billing begins according to the plan selected at checkout.

Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals

Organizations can move between supported plans through the billing area when the account is eligible to do so.

Depending on how Stripe processes the change, upgrades or downgrades may apply immediately, with prorated billing adjustments where supported, or at the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellations

Workspace owners or authorized billing administrators can cancel a subscription from the billing area when that feature is available.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features may continue through the end of that period and then stop or downgrade according to the subscription state.

Refunds

GetRavista does not generally offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental non-use after a subscription has renewed.

The free trial is intended to give customers time to evaluate the service before purchase.

If there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or another payment issue that should be reviewed, contact support at pintu004@e-sitesell.com and the case will be reviewed in good faith.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that are required by applicable law.

Failed payments and account limits

If Stripe reports a failed or past-due payment, GetRavista may limit access to billing-controlled features, send reminders, or suspend the workspace until payment is resolved.

Plan limits for seats, active projects, storage, and client collaboration are enforced at the organization level.

Taxes and invoicing

Listed prices may not include taxes, duties, or similar charges where those apply.

Stripe invoice records and payment receipts may be available through the billing portal or invoice history area when supported.
