This Privacy Policy explains how GetRavista collects, uses, stores, and protects information when people visit the site, create an account, invite teammates, manage client work, or use paid subscriptions.

GetRavista is built for agency operations, so the platform may contain account details, workspace settings, project information, task updates, client feedback, comments, attachments, and billing records.

Information we collect

Account and profile information such as name, email address, password hash, avatar, notification settings, and organization membership.

Workspace data such as project names, task details, comments, assignments, client collaboration records, approvals, files, and related activity history.

Billing and subscription data such as plan selection, subscription status, trial status, invoice metadata, and payment events shared by Stripe.

Technical and usage data such as browser information, sign-in activity, page interactions, error logs, and security-related system events.

Support information such as messages sent to GetRavista support, screenshots, and account context needed to resolve a request.

How we use information

To create and maintain user accounts, organization workspaces, and team access.

To provide the product, including project management, task delivery, approvals, client collaboration, notifications, and file access.

To process subscriptions, invoices, and billing-related actions through Stripe.

To improve reliability, investigate errors, protect the platform, and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.

To respond to support requests, product questions, and operational issues.

How billing data works

Payments are handled by Stripe. GetRavista does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Stripe may provide GetRavista with limited subscription and payment information such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice records, plan details, and payment status so billing can function correctly.

When we share information

With trusted service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, email delivery, file storage, analytics, and Stripe for billing.

When required by law, regulation, court order, or a valid legal request.

To protect the security, rights, and integrity of GetRavista, its users, or the public.

We do not sell customer workspace data to third parties.

Data retention and security

GetRavista keeps data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect customer data, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Account owners and administrators can update workspace details, manage team access, and cancel subscriptions from the product when those features are available.

Users can update profile information and contact support for account access or privacy-related questions.

If an organization requests deletion of its account data, GetRavista may retain limited records where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
