Using GetRavista

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GetRavista. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to follow these terms.

If you are using GetRavista on behalf of an agency, company, or client-facing organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

Users must provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing team access, client access, billing permissions, and the data entered into their organization workspace.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account or inside your organization unless it results from GetRavista’s own unauthorized access or misconduct.

Acceptable use rules

You may not use GetRavista to break the law, abuse the platform, interfere with other users, or upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

You may not attempt to bypass organization access controls, security protections, billing restrictions, or subscription limits.

You may not reverse engineer the service, scrape private customer data, or use the platform in a way that risks security, stability, or availability.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are organization-based and billed through Stripe according to the plan selected in the workspace billing area.

Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, and billing portal actions may be processed through Stripe and may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the action.

Free trials, plan limits, and feature access may vary by subscription tier.

Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you or your organization upload to GetRavista, including projects, tasks, files, client comments, and related workspace data.

GetRavista retains ownership of the software, design, branding, product logic, and platform materials used to provide the service.

You grant GetRavista the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and secure your data in order to operate the service.

Service updates and availability

GetRavista may improve, modify, or remove features over time in order to maintain the product, improve reliability, or comply with legal or security requirements.

The service is provided on an ongoing basis, but uptime, availability, and feature continuity cannot be guaranteed without interruption.

Suspension and termination

GetRavista may suspend or restrict access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails payment obligations, or misuses the service.

Customers may stop using the service at any time and may cancel subscriptions through the billing settings or Stripe billing portal when available.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GetRavista is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRavista will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to GetRavista by the affected organization during the 12 months before the claim arose.
